Diplo, Paul Woolford & Kareen Lomax

Diplo has returned with a new single once again teaming up with Paul Woolford. This track also features the vocals of Atlanta based singer Kareen Lomax and is being released on Diplo’s label Higher Ground.

This track is the follow up to the platinum-selling collaborative hit ‘Looking For Me’. This time the single focus on the widescreen vision fully. The single announces itself with rousing piano chords and Kareen’s soaring vocals. The record is an astounding gospel-driven house jam. A pure chilled house jam and was recorded in various locations, these included Diplo’s LA studio, Peter Gabriel’s Real World studio complex in Bath and the iconic Abbey Road.

The single that followed this one ‘Looking For Me’ was the trio’s first platinum-selling hit which peaked at number 4 on the UK Charts spending three weeks inside the top 5. The single has amassed over 200 million streams to date.

More than a simple follow up, ‘Promises’ is the demonstration of when three people come together to make a piano house driven smash. A great house tune from Diplo that will get a lot of love for sure.
