LYOD releases new single 'Dread' with Alexis Troy

Following the release of his album last year, German artist LOYD is back with his latest single ‘Dread’ with producer Alexis Troy.

‘Dread’ is an upbeat dance-pop tune with a mysterious, chilled feel. These two rising stars are at the peak of their powers right now. The tune samples the classic Madonna track ‘Frozen’ and has a dark tone throughout.

With a full EP on the way later this year, ‘Dread’ kicks off this new exciting era for LYOD. Despite being only 24, LYOD already has 80 million streams to his name and has released an official remix for Sam Feldt

“I pay a lot of attention to little details that you often don’t hear that way, but that makes it special for me,” LYOD explains. Behind this, you can guess, is a lot of work – and it’s a testament to LYOD’s great talent that you can’t hear this in his music at any second. Quite the opposite: it sounds as effortless as a day at the beach.
