Martin Jensen & Georgia Ku

After a stellar 2020 which saw Martin Jensen make the most of the pandemic to launch his ‘Me, Myself, Online’ concept. This saw him perform solo across mind-blowing, truly unique locations. He also became the first DJ to become an XFactor judge in his native country of Denmark.

Recently he released his first song of 2020 aptly titled ‘2019’. This time teaming up with Georgia Ku, an LA-based UK-born singer & songwriter. She has worked with the likes of Dua Lipa, Zedd and more.

The track ‘2019’ together is an ode to the memories with have missed before the worldwide pandemic struck. Taking inspiration from festival fields & having fun with strangers. The vocals from Georgia Ku resonate atop Martin’s feel-good beats and memories for a production that brings positivity straight into 2021.

Marin Jensen spoke on the release “After what feels like a crazy 2020 that saw all our worlds flipped upside down, rather than dwell on the negative, I wanted to create a track to remind us of the enjoyment of what is still waiting for us on the other side. There is no other feeling like touring and being able to play my music to fans at gigs and festivals, and I wanted to remind everyone out there to stay upbeat, follow the rules and stay as safe as you all can so we can enjoy live music and dance together again soon! Bringing what I hope is some playful fun to your speakers at home.

The music video will also be created thanks to fan-submissions of what you the fans miss the most from the pre-covid world. Get ready to inject some delight into 2020 with this fun, lighthearted infectious dance track.
