Heartfeldt Records announce songwriter competition

Heartfeldt Records have announced that they are hosting a special competition. They are asking all singers and songwriters to write lyrics to the recent release ‘Milavian’ by JeeCee. FDVM have announced split

The popular French DJ-duo FDVM have announced that they will be parting ways. They have been performing together for 11 years after consideration Victorien has decided to spend time on his own projects where as Florent will continue the FDVM brand for many years to come.

Steven from Lucas & Steve has surgery

Five years ago Steven tore his cruciate ligament whilst playing football. Due to this injury, he was not able to jump off stages or play football again. Because of a hectic tour schedule, he was never able to have the surgery. The current circumstances have made it possible for him to have the surgery so he will now be resting at home for the next few weeks.

Robin Schulz has announced the launch of his own record label

The very popular German DJ Robin Schulz has announced the launch of his own record label Mentalo Music. To celebrate this the first single will be his own tune titled ‘Oxygen’ which will be released next Friday on May 29th.

Oliver Helendens releases on Toolroom Records

Oliver Heldens has delivered his latest single ‘Rave Machine’ on Toolroom Records’. This track is much more raving bangy techno filled tune. It is very different from his previous releases which have all had that disco & housey vibe.

This is what he had to say about the track “I’ve been wanting (& trying) to also create music with a more old school / ravey banging Techno approach, besides the more Housey / Disco-y & ‘Futuristic’ / Elecro-ish tracks I usually do. This time while making ‘Rave Machine’ everything just really fell into place. It’s very much inspired on the iconic cold school rave anthem ‘88 to piano’ by MainX and I’m very happy how it resulted into this ‘hybrid’
