The STVCKS project has been shut down
The person behind the DJ project STVCKS, Bas had decided to stop releasing music. He will though continue in music and has opened up a new website titled mixedbybas.com. This will be a place to help upcoming musicians and DJs. Through this website, he will be offering Mastering, Mixing, Vocal Processing & General Production help.
This is the end of an era for the STVCKS project. He will be known too many people in the future house community but we are excited about Bas new project and will continue to support.
Nicky Romero tests positive for Coronavirus
The popular Dutch DJ Nicky Romero has tested positive for COVID-19 after taking a test prior to two upcoming shows.
“My last show was in Bonn and I was in Berlin at the beginning of this week for a video shoot, but I might as well have caught it in the supermarket,” he says. “You just don’t know. I have followed all the rules and always kept my distance.”
We wish him well and hope he has a full and healthy recovery

Oliver Heldens named as the biggest selling dance artist of the last 12 months
BeatStats the tool that measures the sales of the popular DJ download site Beatport has named Oliver Heldens as the biggest selling dance artist of the past 12 months. The site takes into account all of the purchases and downloads from Beatport. He has beaten off some stiff competition from the likes of David Guetta & Gorgon City.
Oliver Heldens has had a great year with tracks such as ‘Turn Me On’ & ‘Rave Machine’ on Toolroom Records. So this will come as know surprise to his legion of fans.
